  2. Detailed description of the problem.
  3. Actions taken to repeat the error.
  4. Screenshots of any error messages.
  5. Windows OS, CPU, RAM, VMware or native machine, etc.
  6. Server log files.

Annual Support Subscription

For ongoing technical support and peace of mind, we recommend you subscribe to our Annual Support and Software Maintenance program.

  • All software updates including major & minor releases
  • Priority technical support by e-mail or web
  • 24x7 access to support forum and searchable knowledgebase
  • Access to pre-release and beta test software

Annual Support Subscription is valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase. Renewals are due annually and payable in advance to qualify for free upgrades. By renewing every year, you help us to continue to innovate and add new features to the product.

What if my Annual Support has expired?

Don't worry, even if your Annual Support Subscription is out of date, you can still upgrade to the latest version.

Subscriptions less than 90 days overdue will be backdated to the original expiry date.

Subscriptions more than 90 days overdue, can be re-instated by purchasing a new licence at a 20% discount on the current list price.
